To sell a device, click on the “Sell A Device” link at the top of any page of our website. You will be taken to our Instant-Offer form. Fill out the information regarding your specific device, and we’ll make an instant-offer at the end of the form. You’ll have the opportunity to accept or decline the offer. If you decide to accept the offer, you’ll be asked to provide a bit of contact information as well as your preferred payment method. Once you complete the information, you’ll submit an “order”. We will receive your order and then email you a prepaid shipping label and packing/shipping instructions–generally within 12 hours. You will then print your prepaid shipping label, pack the item very safely, apply the shipping label to the box and then drop the package off at any shipping facility. Once we receive your device (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll confirm the device’s details and cosmetic condition then immediately issue payment. In most cases, payments are issued within 12 hours of receiving your device. In the event that the device differs from the originally submitted device information, we will contact you immediately with a revised offer (if necessary). Once you approve the revised offer, payment is sent within 12 hours. If you opt to decline the revised offer, we’ll return the device back to you at no cost.

Yes, of course! As long as all required information is completed and accurate on the Instant-Offer Form, we guarantee to pay you at least what is quoted on the form. If we receive your device and think it is in better condition that you described, we will increase your offer. An order is simply a completed and submitted copy of our Instant-Offer Form. We realize using the word “order” can be a bit confusing and make it sound like you’re buying something, but of course in this case you’re selling something.

You’ll use the Instant-Offer Form to receive an offer (what we would pay you) for your device. After filling out some information regarding your device, you’ll receive an instant offer. You can either accept the offer (to begin the process of selling your device), or decline the offer. If you accept the offer, you’ll fill out a bit of contact & payment-method information and submit your order. If we have not received your device after 31 days, we’ll consider the order canceled and you will need to re-submit your device’s information for a new offer quote.

We process a majority of orders within 12 hours of the device being delivered to us, providing there are no exceptions (in shipping or otherwise) that require additional processing time. Below is a list of specific exceptions that could cause a delay in processing your order:

– Occasionally, a customer will accidentally select an incorrect detail on the Instant-Offer Form. If this happens, we will contact you immediately after we discover the error to inform you. If necessary, we will revise the offer (up or down, depending on the error) and contact you immediately. Yes! All prepaid shipping labels include tracking and insurance. You can view the location and status of your item online using the shipping tracking number (at www.usps.com or www.fedex.com). Tracking numbers are located on the prepaid label you receive via email. Once you see that your device has been delivered, it will already be underway for processing. Once processed (usually within 12 hours), we’ll issue your payment!

Of course! If you would like to cancel your order anytime after placing it, please use the contact us link and let us know that you would like to cancel the order. We’ll confirm your order cancellation and void your shipping label.

Once you accept our offer (via our Instant-Offer Form), you submit your device order and receive a prepaid shipping label within 12 hours (the shipping label will be emailed to the email address you provide on the Instant-Offer Form). You will pack your device very carefully and then print the provided shipping label. Once packed, you will apply the shipping label to the top-side of the package (we recommend using sealing or packing tape to prevent moisture from smudging the ink). Once you’ve applied the prepaid label, you’ll drop the package off at the nearest facility for whichever label/carrier you selected (FedEx, UPS or USPS). USPS packages should be dropped off at a local USPS/Post Office facility and FedEx packages should be dropped off at a FedEx dropbox or FedEx Office retail location. When submitting your device order using our Instant-Offer Form, you can specify for which postal carrier you would prefer to receive a prepaid shipping label. We provide labels via FedEx or USPS. If you do not select an option, the default label will be provided for FedEx Ground delivery.
